Ignorant Intelligence is a group out of Jersey and consists of the two members Lover Jae & Wiz. In 1994 they released their album "Underground Funk" on Getto Vibes. It was produced by Lover Jae & the I+I Production Team. Some ruff & rugged '94 shit!
